Please note: All returns and exchanges are processed as store credit only. We do not offer cash refunds at this time.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
1. Get in Touch
Email us at knotgray.nz@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and reason for return.
2. Prepare the Return
Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
3. Courier Pickup
We arrange complimentary courier pickup from your address within 2-3 working days.
4. Quality Inspection
After receiving your return, we'll inspect and process your store credit within 2-3 business days.
5. Using Store Credit
Store credit is valid for 12 months and can be used across all collections.
Not Eligible for Return
For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Replacement at no cost.
