Domestic Orders (Within India)
Shipping Fees
- Standard Shipping: A flat fee of INR 99 applies to all orders below ₹3,499.
- Free Shipping: Complimentary shipping on all orders above ₹3,499 — our little gift to you.
- Express Shipping: Express shipping is available for metro cities at an additional cost, depending on the weight of the parcel. To request express shipping, please contact us via WhatsApp or email us at knotgray.nz@gmail.com. Please note that express shipping requests are subject to product availability and may be accepted or declined accordingly.
- Standard Shipping: Orders are typically dispatched within 6-7 business days (Monday-Friday). Delivery times may vary based on your location.
- Express Shipping: For metro cities, express shipping orders are delivered within 2-3 business days. In case the item(s) you ordered are not readily available, please allow additional time for restocking. We will notify you via email if there is a delay.
- Made to Measure & Made to Order: For custom-made items, please allow 20-22 days for dispatch. If you've ordered multiple items, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.
