At Knot Gray, we strive to ensure your order reaches you promptly and securely. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.

Domestic Orders (Within India)

Shipping Fees

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders above INR 5,000 across India.
Standard Shipping: A flat fee of INR 100 applies to all orders below INR 5,000.
Express Shipping: Express shipping is available for metro cities at an additional cost, depending on the weight of the parcel. To request express shipping, please contact us via WhatsApp or email us at knotgray.nz@gmail.com.

Please note that express shipping requests are subject to product availability and may be accepted or declined accordingly.

Delivery Time Frame

Standard Shipping: Orders are typically dispatched within 6-7 business days (Monday-Friday). Delivery times may vary based on your location.
Express Shipping: For metro cities, express shipping orders are delivered within 1-2 business days.

In case the item(s) you ordered are not readily available, please allow additional time for restocking. We will notify you via email if there is a delay.
Made to Measure & Made to Order: For custom-made items, please allow 1-2 weeks for dispatch.

If you’ve ordered multiple items, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking link via email. This link allows you to monitor the status of your delivery in real time.

Service Delays

Knot Gray is not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or clearance delays. In such cases, it’s best to contact the courier company directly with your tracking number for updates.

International Orders (Outside India)

Shipping Fees

International Shipping: A flat fee of $30 (approximately INR 2,500) applies to all international orders. This fee does not include customs duties or taxes levied by the destination country.

Customs Duties & Import Charges

Customs duties, taxes, or other import charges may be applied when the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Knot Gray is not liable for these charges and cannot predict what they might be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Delivery Time Frame

Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable contact details, multiple failed attempts, or refusal to pay customs fees, Knot Gray is not responsible for any charges related to the return shipment of your order. If your order is returned to us and you would like it to be re-shipped, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fees again.

Returns & Exchange on International Orders

We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders at this time.
