Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable contact details, multiple failed attempts, or refusal to pay customs fees, Knot Gray is not responsible for any charges related to the return shipment of your order. If your order is returned to us and you would like it to be re-shipped, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fees again.
