At Knot Gray, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help you with easy returns and exchanges.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us
Email us at knotgray.nz@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange. Please specify the reason for your return or the details of the exchange you'd like to make. - Prepare Your Return
Ensure the item(s) are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Pack them securely in the original packaging, if possible. - Ship Your Return
After receiving your return request, we’ll provide you with the return address. Please ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Refunds & Processing Time
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Exchanges: If you’re exchanging an item, we’ll send out your new item as soon as we receive your return and confirm availability.
Return/Exchange Policy
- Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will make it right.
