At Knot Gray, we want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Please review our returns and exchanges policy below.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
- Store Credit Only: All returns are processed as store credit. We do not issue refunds.
- Return Window: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost of INR 250, which will be deducted from the store credit provided upon approval.
- Store Credit Validity: Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and cannot be extended.
Return Conditions
- Condition of Items: All items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, and unwashed—with the original return tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Items with makeup stains or any scent (perfume, etc.)
- Customized orders
- Sale items, including final sale, archive sale, end-of-season sale, or any other markdown items
- Gift cards, store credits, and accessories
- Final Sale Items: Orders placed during sales are final. Items purchased during final sales, archive sales, or end-of-season sales are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchange or Return Process
- Initiate a Request: Visit the "Make a Return/Exchange" page on our website and log in to your account to initiate a return or exchange. Provide the reason for your return or exchange when submitting your request.
- Courier Pickup: Once your request is approved, we will arrange a courier pickup from your address within 2-3 working days. Please inform us of any changes to your pickup address when placing your request.
- Quality Inspection: After receiving your return at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection. Upon approval, our team will process your store credit within 2-3 business days.
- Using Store Credit: You can use your store credit to place a new order.
Additional Notes
- Store Credit Orders: Orders placed using store credits cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Liability: Knot Gray is not liable for any loss incurred during the return shipment. If you choose to ship the garment back independently, please ensure it is done using a trackable method.
International Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
